Why did you join pole princess? I was looking to get back into pole after a while off. They had some deals on, so went for it. The girls in class were easy to get along with and kept me going back.

Why do you attend pole fitness? I love dancing, never staying still. It's the best workout I've ever had. I'm the strongest I have ever been. 

What would you say are the main benefits you have found from classes? The improvement in strength and enjoying the time with the girls the class. 

Favourite moves? Shoulder mount and superman. 

How many times a week do you train? 1-3 times. 

Pole items you can't live without? Grip! Itac is fab. 

Anything else you'd like to add? It's a very friendly studio.

Why did you join pole princess? Was looking for a friendly happy studio. 

How long have you been poling for? 3 years

Why do you attend pole fitness? I am a really shy person so I love to challenge myself in unusual ways. I love that I can do something different to other people and it makes me determined to do things I think I can't do. 

What level are you? Advanced. 

What would you say are the main benefits you have found from classes? I have met some great friends for life, I have gained strength, confidence and an ability to believe in myself and my abilities. 

Favorite moves? Elbow grip ayesha / pencil and brass monkey. 

How many times a week do you train? Twice à week.

Pole items you can't live without? Itac and shorts with upside down names. 

Anything else you'd like to add? I wish I had found pole princess years ago, the place is happy friendly, fun, supportive and makes me smile.
