In Studio Showcases

Every year we throw two to three showcases to give our students the chance to show off what they have learned and how much they have improved over their time here. With the assistance of our amazing instructors, our students create their own routine using pole tricks, combos, pole flow, chairography, aerial hoop and heels classes. Friends and family come to the studio to watch all the amazing dancers perform and afterward the group like to grab a drink at a local bar and enjoy the rest of the night.

Venue Showcases

Every so often, we want to give our students a more professional showcase feel, so we rent out a local venue to perform to our friends and family there. The atmosphere is still informal, but it gives our students experience performing on a stage with stage lighting. These showcases are open for anyone to purchase a ticket, and prepares our students for pole and aerial hoop competitions should they wish to compete.

Every year, Pole Princess organises a pole show for all pole dancers in Glasgow to perform at, bringing the local pole community together. This show gives our dancers a chance to meet and watch other dancers in the area, creating new friendships and motivating each other to try new things in classes.

The last show, in June 2023, was held in 18 Candelriggs and was the first Megapole to include fly pole, silks and aerial hoop. It is now the only amateur pole and aerial showcase in Glasgow. Follow the Megapole Facebook page to find out when the next show is and how to apply to perform.
